Stainsbridge House

Stainsbridge House provides personal care to 34 people. Inspectors found that risks had not always been properly assessed, particularly around incidents of challenging behaviour. Additionally, staff guidance for 'when required' medicines was incomplete in some cases, though other aspects of medicine management were found to be safe.

One staff member had begun working at the home before completing an enhanced Disclosure and Barring check, which is a legal requirement before staff can work with vulnerable people in care settings.
