Medicines were managed safely and care plans were developed with people and their families, though some documentation needed minor updates, which were made promptly. Staff were well trained and supported, and people described feeling safe, well cared for and treated with kindness. Some residents mentioned waiting longer for help at night, though their needs were still met.
