St Margaret's Care Home provides personal and nursing care to older people, including those living with dementia, supporting up to 60 residents. At inspection, 47 people were using the service. Staff monitored nutritional well-being closely, with improved systems to identify and support people at risk of weight loss. Records ensured all staff members provided safe, person-centred care, and staff promptly contacted health professionals when people's health needs changed. The home maintained good infection control practices and was clean and well maintained.

People and relatives spoke positively about staff, describing caring relationships built on trust. Residents felt safe with the support they received, and the service maintained a welcoming, cheerful and friendly atmosphere.
