St George's Nursing Home provides nursing and personal care to 24 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 22 people were using the service.

Inspectors found significant concerns with medicines management, which was not always safe. Risk assessments had not been completed for all people, leaving potential gaps in care planning. Recruitment practices also required improvement, with the provider recommended to review their safety procedures. Staff did not consistently respect people's privacy and dignity, and care was not always delivered in a person-centred way. While the registered manager had audit and quality assurance processes in place, these were not yet fully effective in identifying and addressing these issues.
