St Anne's Community Services - Norfolk Road

This two-storey residential care home in a quiet area on the outskirts of Harrogate provides accommodation and care for up to four adults with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder. At the time of inspection, three adults were using the service. The home is designed to promote choice, independence and inclusion, enabling residents to live as ordinary a life as possible.

The inspection found that the service continued to provide good quality care. Staff supported residents effectively, and there was no evidence of serious risks or concerns during the inspection or ongoing monitoring.
