Bethany House is a residential care home offering accommodation and personal care for people with learning disabilities and autistic people. Previously in Special Measures with four breaches of regulation, the CQC found the service has since made significant improvements and is now rated Good overall, no longer in breach anywhere.

Inspectors found people were safe, well supported and treated with kindness and respect. Staff gave people choice and encouraged independence, activities had increased, and medicines and risks were managed safely. Leadership had strengthened, with effective audits and a genuine culture of learning driving continued improvement.
