St Albans House

St Albans House provides personal care for up to five people with a learning disability, autistic people and people with a physical disability. At the time of assessment, four people were living there. The CQC rated the service Good overall.

Under a previous provider the home had been rated inadequate, with failures to protect people from abuse and weak safety systems. Since a change of ownership, inspectors found significant improvement: people were safe, well cared for by experienced, well-trained staff, and supported by an approachable management team. People said they felt confident and happy living there.
