Springwood

Springwood provides personal care for up to six people with learning disabilities and/or autism. At inspection, five people lived in the home. Residents were very happy and described staff as "wonderful" and "perfect." One person said, "I'm in a better place [now], the best I have been for a long time." They received person-centred care focused on achieving positive outcomes and supporting their choices and independence.

Staff keep people safe and are confident in protecting them from abuse. Risks are well managed, and the provider learns from accidents and incidents to reduce future risks. Safe recruitment practices are in place with sufficient staff to meet people's needs, and medicines are administered safely.
