Cole Bank Road

Cole Bank Road provides personal care for up to seven people with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder, with six residents at the time of inspection. Staff support people to make choices and maintain control over their own lives, such as deciding when to get up and go to bed, using the least restrictive approaches. Care staff are described as caring and promoting residents' dignity while supporting those who cannot verbally communicate by recognizing signs of pain, distress and discomfort. Staff have received training on recognizing and reporting abuse, understand safeguarding processes, and residents feel safe in the home.
