Smitham Downs Road

This residential care home supports up to nine people with learning disabilities and/or autism, with seven residents present at the time of inspection. The service changed management in December 2020 under new provider leadership.

The home provides personal care tailored to support residents' independence, dignity, and choice. Staff work to enable residents to access their local communities and maintain the quality of life that most people take for granted. The service focuses on delivering individualised care that respects each person's needs and preferences.
