Silloth Nursing and Residential Care Home

Staff demonstrated good infection control practices, with all personnel and essential visitors using appropriate personal protective equipment. The home maintained sufficient supplies of PPE, stored hygienically and safely, with dedicated staff areas for putting on, removing and disposing of equipment.

The home prioritized residents' social and emotional wellbeing, with staff providing additional support where needed.
