Shortwood House provides care and support for up to 12 older people, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 10 people were using the service. People were very happy living at the home and felt safe, with staff who supported them well.

Relatives were very satisfied with the service, felt welcomed when visiting, and expressed confidence in the care their loved ones received. The inspection found no evidence of serious risks or concerns, with observations continuing to support a good standard of care throughout the home.
