Shipley Lodge

Shipley Lodge is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to 16 people with mental health support needs, located in a residential area with good access to community facilities. The home assesses risks to people's health and wellbeing and takes action to reduce them, with systems in place to learn from mistakes through detailed analysis of accidents and incidents. Staff understand how to protect residents from avoidable harm, and there are sufficient staff deployed to keep people safe both in the home and when they go out. Medicines are well managed, and staff have knowledge of infection control practices.
