The home demonstrated good infection prevention and control practices, with staff trained in appropriate procedures and observed wearing correct personal protective equipment. Residents returning from hospital visits were supported to self-isolate for the recommended 14 days.

Visitors were welcomed and able to see family members in designated areas where social distancing was maintained, with visitors also wearing appropriate protective equipment.
