Inspectors observed staff wearing PPE correctly and noted the service maintained plentiful supplies with careful monitoring. Risk assessments were carried out to enable people to retain their independence while minimising risk to themselves and others. The provider was following best practice guidance for visitor management to prevent COVID-19 transmission.
