SENSE - 35 Hawthorn Road

35 Hawthorn Road provides accommodation and personal care for up to six people with disabilities affecting their hearing and vision and other sensory disabilities. Safe medication processes were not in place for managing some aspects of people's medicines, and there was no evidence of checks to ensure medicines had been administered correctly. The management of the service overall was not consistent, a concern also raised by relatives and staff members.
