Perry Tree Care Centre provides residential care for up to 32 people with conditions relating to old age, physical disability and people living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 24 people lived there. The care home is located in a building where several services operate alongside the residential unit, including an enablement unit, day services, community services and a restaurant.

Staff were observed wearing Personal Protective Equipment in line with government guidance, with PPE stations established at key points throughout the home. The service supported people to make phone and video calls to maintain contact with family and friends.
