Rivendell and Lorien (Marsh Lane)

Rivendell and Lorien provides accommodation and personal care for up to 10 people with specialist support for learning and physical disabilities. The service comprises two separate bungalows situated side by side, each accommodating five people. At inspection, all 10 places were occupied.

Staff demonstrated strong awareness of safety needs and worked effectively to minimise risks of abuse for each person. The environment was safe, with regular health and safety checks carried out throughout the service. The home had reviewed its referral processes with the local authority since the previous inspection.
