Sennen Lodge

Sennen Lodge provides accommodation and personal care for up to eight adults with a learning disability. The home operates across two floors, with the second floor accessed by stairs, and includes communal rooms and a garden for residents to use.

Staff demonstrated a pragmatic approach to safety measures, carefully balancing infection control with residents' wellbeing. Rather than implementing measures that people did not understand or might find distressing, they considered each person's individual needs and circumstances. This thoughtful approach ensured that both safety and emotional wellbeing were prioritized.
