Lower St Helens

Lower St Helens provides personal care to up to four people with learning disabilities or autism. At the time of inspection, the service was at full capacity with four residents.

The home maintained strong COVID-19 safety measures throughout the pandemic, with no confirmed cases among staff or residents. Visitor entry requirements were thorough and consistently enforced, including proof of vaccination, temperature checks, health questionnaires, and either a clear lateral flow test or one taken on-site. Hand sanitising stations were available throughout the facility.
