Sefton New Directions Limited - Chase Heys Resource Centre

Chase Heys Resource Centre provides personal care for up to 30 older people, offering intermediate care to support patient discharges from local hospitals with 19 respite places and 11 intermediate care places. At the time of inspection, 14 people were being supported at the service.

The service operated a dedicated COVID-19 unit with self-contained facilities and physical separation from other building areas. The unit had its own entrance and exit point, helping minimise infection transmission risks to other parts of the service.
