Acacia Court

Acacia Court provides residential care for up to 27 older people, including those living with dementia, across three floors in Southport. At inspection, 24 people were using the service, which offers communal lounges, a dining area, and a spacious garden.

The home has systems in place to monitor quality and safety. Medicines are safely managed overall, though some gaps were identified in care records and protocols for 'as and when required' medicines had not been caught by the provider. Individual incidents are reviewed and action is taken to reduce the risk of recurrence.
