SeeAbility - Applewood Residential Home

SeeAbility - Applewood Residential Home is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 5 people with learning disabilities and autism. At the time of the assessment, 4 people were living there. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding people were protected from poor care and abuse, medicines were managed safely, and staff knew people well.

Care plans were detailed and reflected people's preferences, and there were enough staff to meet needs. Some risk assessments were outdated and being reviewed by a new manager. Feedback from people and relatives was consistently positive, describing feeling safe and well supported.
