Royal Court Care Home

Royal Court Care Home provides personal care for up to 20 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 16 residents were living there. People were happy and well supported in a safe environment. Staff were kind and caring, having developed positive relationships with residents and treating them with respect while maintaining their privacy and dignity.

Staff demonstrated good understanding of residents' care and support needs, with awareness of risks and knowledge of how to keep people safe. Residents received their medicines safely and had access to healthcare services. Most people were satisfied with the choice and quality of food provided, reporting they received plenty to eat.
