Rowena House

Rowena House accommodates up to 40 people, including those living with dementia, in a purpose-built single-level facility. At inspection, 33 residents were living there. People told inspectors they felt happy and safe at the home. The provider had made improvements to respond promptly to risks related to residents' deteriorating health.

Effective safeguarding systems protected people from abuse, with staff trained and deployed to meet needs safely. Medicines were managed safely overall, and infection control measures were in place to protect residents from the risk and spread of infection.
