Rowan Court Care Home

Rowan Court provides personal and nursing care to 70 residents aged 65 and over across four separate units. Two units offer residential care, one specialises in nursing care, and another supports people living with dementia. The home is adapted to meet residents' needs with facilities including well-presented meals that people enjoy.

Residents spoke highly of the care provided, describing staff as kind, caring and respectful. People are supported to make choices about their care while their privacy and dignity are protected. Staff provide person-centred care responsive to individual needs and wishes, and residents receive meaningful activity engagement. Safety is maintained through personalised risk assessments that are regularly reviewed, and residents receive medicines on time with ready access to healthcare professionals when needed.
