Disrespectful language has been removed from care planning documentation, and all staff have been reminded of the importance of using respectful language when working with residents.

People are comfortable approaching staff for support and can withdraw their consent to planned care and monitoring tasks, with these decisions being respected by staff and managers. Staff have received guidance on protecting people from identified risks, including providing appropriate reminders on road safety for those who leave the service independently.
