Rosemount Care Home

Rosemount Care Home accommodates up to 60 older people, including those living with dementia, across three units within one building. At inspection, 56 people were using the service. The home maintains high standards of cleanliness throughout, with additional cleaning protocols for frequently touched areas. Staff demonstrated good practice in infection prevention and control, acting promptly on specialist advice.

The registered manager has worked to minimise agency staffing and ensures consistent staff are used where possible to maintain continuity of care for residents. The home keeps policies up to date with current guidance and shows awareness of the emotional and physiological impacts of isolation on residents, taking active steps to address these concerns.
