Rosedale Centre

Rosedale Centre accommodates up to 44 people across four separate units with adapted facilities, though only three units were in use at the time of inspection. The service typically provides short-term care for up to six weeks, admitting people following hospital discharge or from the community to prevent hospital readmission. At inspection, 31 people were living at the centre.

People and relatives reported feeling safe at the service. The home was clean with regular safety checks carried out, and staffing levels were sufficient to meet people's needs promptly. Incidents and accidents were responded to appropriately, with learning shared across the service.
