Rose Lodge Exmouth

Rose Lodge accommodates up to 34 people requiring personal care, with 33 residents living there at the time of inspection. The service cares for older people with all stages of dementia, organized across two communities: The Cottage and The Lodge, with all rooms being single occupancy. Those in Rose Cottage tend to be more independent, and the service features a secure and accessible garden.

The inspection found that the service continued to demonstrate the high standards evident at the previous inspection in April 2016, when it had been rated as 'Outstanding' in effective, caring and responsive areas.
