Rose Lodge Care Home

Rose Lodge Care Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 107 people, though at the time of the assessment it was supporting 66 people. The service had previously been rated Inadequate, with six breaches of regulations, but inspectors found significant improvements had been made and none of the breaches remained. Staffing levels were safe, recruitment was robust, and staff morale had improved.

Inspectors found medicines were managed safely and quality assurance systems were now effective. Families spoke positively, describing staff as kind and caring and saying they felt listened to and confident their relatives were safe. The home is now rated Good overall.
