Staffing levels were safe, recruitment was robust, and staff morale had improved.

Inspectors found medicines were managed safely and quality assurance systems were now effective. Families spoke positively, describing staff as kind and caring and saying they felt listened to and confident their relatives were safe. The home is now rated Good overall.
