Residents reported being happy with the care they received from staff who knew them well and understood their individual needs and preferences. Staff demonstrated patience, kindness and a caring approach, treating residents with respect while maintaining their privacy and dignity.

Staff had a good understanding of how to manage risks to residents and knew the appropriate processes to follow regarding any allegations of abuse. Care records contained information about residents' needs and preferences, though the level of detail varied across records.
