Riverside Care Home

Riverside Care Home provides personal care for older people and those living with dementia, supporting up to 50 residents. At the time of inspection, 48 people were using the service. Residents and their relatives reported satisfaction with the care provided. Staff regularly assessed and reviewed people's needs, with care plans documenting their preferences for receiving care, which staff respected.

While care plans generally contained clear guidance for staff, inspectors identified that plans required more detailed information to help staff respond effectively when residents became anxious, agitated or distressed due to their mental health needs.
