The activities co-ordinator supports people to write letters to family and friends alongside using technology to communicate with loved ones. The provider has implemented practical measures to support staff wellbeing, including converting a room into a locker room where each staff member has secure storage for outdoor coats and access to shower facilities after their shift, helping to limit cross contamination.
