Regents Court Care Home

Regents Court Care Home is a residential care home in an adapted building over two floors, providing personal care for up to 40 people, including those living with dementia. It supported 25 people at the time of the CQC's assessment.

Inspectors found significant improvement since the last inspection, with the provider no longer in breach of regulations. A new registered manager had built a culture of listening and responsiveness, staff were well trained and supported, and risks were managed safely. People and relatives reported feeling safe and happy with care, and external healthcare staff noted a calmer atmosphere and better communication.
