Reach Wendover Road

REACH Wendover Road provides care for a maximum of 10 people. At the time of inspection, nine people were living at the service. During lockdown, the service implemented strict visitor protocols, requiring masks, temperature checks, and hand sanitisation for all visitors. Non-health professional visitors, including maintenance staff, were required to complete lateral flow tests before entering. The service facilitated video calls between residents and family members and provided regular email updates to relatives. To promote social distancing, meals were served either in residents' bedrooms or in the dining room with a maximum of three people present at any time.
