The service demonstrated good infection control practices, asking visitors to provide evidence of lateral flow test completion on the day of visit or arranging tests on arrival in a designated testing area. Visitors were also required to show proof of vaccination status. The registered manager had implemented appropriate measures for potential new admissions, ensuring safety protocols would be maintained during the admission process. The service had not admitted any new residents during the pandemic period prior to the inspection.
