Limetree House Upper Poppleton

Limetree House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 26 older people, including those living with dementia. Currently 22 residents use the service, which is housed in a two-storey building accessed by stairs and a lift. Residents feel safe and supported by staff, who work closely with healthcare professionals to meet individual needs. Staffing levels are adequate and recruitment processes are safe.

The home has identified areas for improvement in environmental risk management oversight, infection control practices, and medicines recording and auditing systems. Management has implemented lessons learned from incidents and accidents to reduce future risks. Staff receive support from the management team to deliver effective care.
