The CQC rated the service good overall, an improvement on its previous requires improvement rating, finding that earlier concerns about medicines, safe care and governance had been resolved.

Inspectors found staff communicated effectively with people, treated them with kindness and promoted their independence. People were supported to take part in activities and community life, with person-centred care plans and effective management oversight in place.
