The home accommodates up to five people with learning disabilities and/or autism. At the time of inspection, all five spaces were occupied. Staff members had been nominated for sector awards recognising their commitment and hard work during the pandemic. The registered manager and provider ensured staff felt valued, recognising and rewarding their contributions in various ways. The service maintained robust contingency plans in place, including training contingency staff to nationally recognised standards in preparation for potential infection outbreaks.
