Alexandra St provides accommodation and personal care for up to six people with a learning disability. The service is designed around values emphasizing choice, promotion of independence, and inclusion, enabling people with learning disabilities and autism to live as ordinary a life as any citizen. At the time of inspection, six people were using the service, and inspectors found no concerns about the quality of care. The service continues to be rated as good, reflecting its consistent commitment to person-centered support.
