Priory Grange Care Home Limited

Priory Grange Care Home provides personal care for up to 41 older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 33 people were being supported by the service.

The care home had made significant improvements since the last inspection. Care records now contained comprehensive information about people's needs and risks, with preferences and choices clearly documented. Staffing levels had been increased at night to better meet individual needs, and the environment had been upgraded to ensure effective infection prevention and control measures.
