Pear Tree Residential Care Home accommodates up to 21 people, providing personal care for older people and those living with dementia. At inspection, 18 people were using the service.

Governance systems were not effective, with processes failing to identify and improve the quality and safety of the service. The provider had not made necessary improvements to ensure the home was well-led. The provider failed to seek and act on feedback from stakeholders, and when feedback was received, did not respond appropriately to address concerns raised.
