Parkview

Parkview is a residential care home providing personal care and support for up to nine people with learning disabilities and associated conditions, including autistic spectrum disorders. Eight people were living at the service during inspection. The home offers planned, person-centred support designed to enable residents to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence.

The registered manager maintained good oversight of the home's daily operations and culture, with systems in place to monitor quality and safety. Staff demonstrated strong understanding of residents' individual needs and provided personalised care. The manager was a visible presence within the home and had positive working relationships with both people and staff. Staff received appropriate training and support in their roles.
