Roebuck Rise

Roebuck Rise is a care home without nursing that supports up to four young adults with autism, learning disabilities and other complex needs who are being supported to leave care. At the time of inspection, the service was supporting two young adults. Staff supported people to have maximum choice, control and independence over their own lives, enabling them to make decisions following best practice with communication tailored to individual needs. People were supported with their medicines in ways that promoted independence and achieved good health outcomes, and staff helped them play an active role in maintaining their own health and wellbeing. The service provided kind and compassionate care, with staff protecting and respecting people's privacy and dignity at all times.
