Oulton Manor accommodates up to 77 older people across three floors, with 63 residents at the time of inspection. The ground floor supports people with residential care needs, while the first and second floors cater to those with more complex needs, including people living with dementia. This purpose-built facility provides accommodation and personal care as an integrated service.

People are kept safe through systems that assess risks and implement mitigations. While some risk documentation required further updating, the management team were actively working to address these gaps. Medicines management systems were in place to protect residents' wellbeing.
