OSJCT Larkrise Care Centre

Larkrise Care Centre provides personal and nursing care to up to 60 people aged 65 and over. At the time of inspection, 55 residents were living at the service. People living there told inspectors they received safe care from skilled and knowledgeable staff who knew how to identify and report concerns. The home had safe recruitment processes in place and maintained sufficient staffing levels to meet people's needs. The provider was actively recruiting and had recently revised its induction process to improve staff retention. Medicines were managed safely, with people receiving their medications as prescribed, and risks to people's safety and well-being were managed through established risk management processes.
