OSJCT Hartsholme House

OSJCT Hartsholme House accommodates up to 44 older people with care needs and those living with dementia, currently providing for 43 residents. The home is situated on the outskirts of Lincoln and provides accommodation across two floors.

The service provides nursing and personal care as part of a single package, delivering support tailored to residents' individual needs. Staff work to maintain quality care standards and ensure residents receive appropriate support for their varying levels of dependency and complexity.
