Hartsholme House is a purpose-built care home in Lincoln registered to support up to 44 people over 65, most of whom are living with dementia. The CQC rated the service outstanding overall, finding that people were kept safe, supported to remain independent, and cared for by consistent, knowledgeable staff who were valued by management.

Inspectors found care plans were person-centred, with people's views listened to and respected. Innovative use of technology had improved safety around specific health risks. Relatives told inspectors they were confident their family members were safe, happy and well cared for, and people appeared relaxed and able to live unrestricted daily lives.
