OSJCT Eresby Hall

OSJCT Eresby Hall provides personal care and support for up to 42 older people or those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 38 people were residing at the service. Staff assessed people's risk of harm and implemented safety and security measures to keep residents safe from abuse. The service employed sufficient numbers of skilled and experienced staff who managed medicines safely. The home was clean and homely, with staff working collaboratively with other professionals to deliver effective care tailored to people's physical, mental health and social needs in line with national guidance. Staff respected people's rights and adhered to the Mental Capacity Act 2005 principles when supporting residents with decisions.

Residents received a nutritious, varied and balanced diet as part of their care package.
