OSJCT Coombe End Court

Coombe End Court provides care and accommodation for up to 60 people, some living with dementia, across two floors with lift access. Residents have their own en-suite rooms and access to communal areas and a garden. At the time of inspection, 51 people were living at the service. The provider had made significant improvements to governance systems following previous shortfalls. Night security arrangements were reviewed and strengthened, with management establishing improved oversight of security check forms to ensure checks were carried out when needed. Systems were put in place to accurately manage records of people entering and leaving the service.
